This Privacy Policy explains how Asiya Builders & Developers (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data when you visit the Asiya Views website or contact us about the Asiya Views project at Natekal, Mangaluru, Karnataka. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

  • Details you give us: your name, phone number, the home types you are interested in, whether you want a site visit, call back or price details, and any message you write in the enquiry form.
  • Details from calls and messages: your phone number and the content of your conversation when you call or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: the hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits and share project information, floor plans and pricing you ask for.
  • To follow up on your interest in Asiya Views by phone or WhatsApp.
  • To meet our legal obligations, including those under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
  • To keep this website secure and working properly.

4. How the enquiry form works

When you submit the enquiry form, your details are not stored on this website. Instead, the form opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message addressed to our sales team, which you choose whether to send. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also subject to the privacy policy of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed:

  • With our sales team and authorised channel partners who handle your enquiry.
  • With service providers such as our website host and messaging services, who process it on our behalf.
  • With banks or housing finance companies, only if you ask us to help with a home loan.
  • With government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your interest, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep it for longer.
