These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Asiya Views website, operated by Asiya Builders & Developers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Information only, not an offer
This website is intended only to give general information about the Asiya Views project at Natekal, Mangaluru. It is not a legal offering, an offer for sale, or a contract of any kind. Any booking or purchase will be governed solely by the agreement for sale and other documents executed between you and us, in line with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules made by the Government of Karnataka.
2. Images, plans and areas
- All images, renders and 3D views are artist's impressions. Interiors, furniture, fittings and landscaping shown are indicative.
- The 3D tower on this website is a schematic illustration and is not to scale.
- Areas are super built-up and stated in square feet. Carpet areas will be as stated in the agreement for sale.
- Plans, specifications, amenities and dimensions are subject to change as per approvals from the competent authorities, and may be revised without notice before they are fixed in the agreement for sale.
3. Prices and availability
Any price, availability or offer shared with you is valid only when confirmed in writing by us. Units shown on this website may already be sold or reserved.
4. Your use of the website
- Use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm it or other users.
- Give accurate details when you contact us.
- Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems.
5. Intellectual property
The text, renders, plans, logos, design and code of this website belong to Asiya Builders & Developers or its licensors, including Adan Studio Architecture and Enstructura Consultants for their respective work. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.
6. Third-party links
This website links to services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this website. Please confirm all details with our sales team before making any decision.
